ADDA AccessHub
Technology — How AccessHub Works

One Platform. Every Door. Total Control.

AccessHub is not just a device at a door. It is a central intelligence platform that connects every access point in your community, verifies every identity in real time, and enforces every access rule — automatically, around the clock.

Solution Architecture

Feels Like Magic. Built Like a Fortress.

Under the hood, AccessHub connects every device, every identity, and every access point seamlessly. What you experience is just — the door opens.

  • Staff added to ADDA gets access as per their defined access needs
  • Visitors added through Gatekeeper get access to the towers and floors they are visiting

The Architecture

Three Layers. One Seamless System.

AccessHub works across three connected layers — hardware at the door, intelligence at the centre, and data from the ADDA platform. Each layer has a specific role. Together they create an access control system that is more reliable, more accurate, and more scalable than anything a manual system can deliver.

Access Devices at Entry Points

Hardware devices installed at every common access door — clubhouse, lobby, basement, elevator, gate. Each device reads face biometrics, QR codes from resident apps, staff ID cards, and visitor access chits.

ADDA AccessHub — Central Intelligence Engine

The brain of the system. Every access attempt from every device is sent here in real time. The engine checks identity, verifies access rights, applies community rules, and sends the open or deny signal back to the device — in milliseconds.

ADDA Platform — The Master Data Source

The AccessHub engine draws on live data from the ADDA platform — resident registry, staff profiles, visitor approvals from Gatekeeper, community rules, defaulter lists, and more. When data changes in ADDA, access rights update automatically everywhere.

How the Engine Thinks

Every Access Attempt. Decided in Milliseconds.

Every time someone presents their identity at an AccessHub device, the engine runs through a real-time decision process — checking multiple parameters before opening or denying the door.

Step 1

Identity Presented

Person presents face, app QR, staff card, or visitor chit at the access device.

Step 2

Identity Verified

AccessHub engine checks the identity against live ADDA platform data — is this person registered? Is their profile active?

Step 3

Access Rights Checked

Engine checks whether this person is authorised for this specific access point — not just the community, but this door.

Step 4

Rules Applied

Engine applies community rules — is this person a defaulter? Is it within their permitted access hours? Are there any restrictions active?

Step 5

Door Opens or Stays Closed

If all checks pass — door opens. If any check fails — door stays closed. Entry denied. Event logged. All in under a second.

Single Point Control

One Action in ADDA. Every Door Updated Instantly.

One of the most powerful aspects of AccessHub is central control. Every access right across every door in the community is managed from a single place — the ADDA platform.

A new resident moves in or moves out — their access activates or deactivates automatically the moment their details are updated in ADDA.

New Resident Moves In

Added to ADDA → face recognition and app access activate automatically across all authorised doors.

Tenant Moves Out

Deactivated in ADDA → access removed from every door simultaneously, effective immediately.

Domestic Helper Let Go

Removed from resident's staff list in ADDA → their ID card stops working at every access point instantly.

Resident Becomes a Defaulter

Dues cross the threshold in ADDA Books → clubhouse access automatically restricted, no manual intervention needed.

Visibility & Accountability

Every Entry. Every Exit. Every Door. Logged.

AccessHub generates a complete, real-time log of every access event across every door in the community. Who entered, which door, at what time, using which method — all recorded automatically, all available from the ADDA platform.

Management Committees can review access logs, identify anomalies, investigate incidents, and generate reports — without relying on manual registers or security guard memory.

Real-Time Access Logs

Every access event logged in real time — resident, staff, or visitor, every door, every timestamp.

Incident Investigation

When something goes wrong, the full access trail is available — who was where, when, and how they got in.

Usage Analytics

Understand which facilities are used most, at what times, and by which resident categories — data to inform maintenance planning and facility investment.

Platform Integrations

AccessHub Is Part of the Wider ADDA Ecosystem.

AccessHub does not operate in isolation. It draws on and feeds back into the broader ADDA platform — creating a connected community management system where access control, visitor management, accounting, and resident communication all work together.

ADDA Resident App

Residents activate biometrics, view access logs, get staff notifications, and manage visitor approvals — all from the app they already use.

ADDA ERP

Access rules draw on live ERP data — defaulter lists, resident registry, ownership records — so access rights always reflect the current state of the community.

ADDA Gatekeeper

Visitor approvals in Gatekeeper automatically generate AccessHub access chits. Every visitor movement from gate to flat is tracked in one connected flow.

ADDA Books

Defaulter data from ADDA Books feeds directly into AccessHub smart algorithms — residents with outstanding dues above the threshold are automatically restricted.
