Domestic Helpers
Housekeepers, cooks, drivers, nannies — staff employed directly by individual residents. Their access is personal, resident-specific, and limited to the areas relevant to that resident's flat.

AccessHub gives every staff member — domestic helpers and community staff alike — a simple way to access the areas they need, while keeping every area they should not be in, firmly off limits.
Who This Covers
One platform manages both, cleanly and separately.

Housekeepers, cooks, drivers, nannies — staff employed directly by individual residents. Their access is personal, resident-specific, and limited to the areas relevant to that resident's flat.

Security guards, maintenance crew, common area housekeeping, facility managers — staff employed by the community or a facility management company. Their access spans multiple zones based on their role and shift.
Domestic Helpers / Community Staff
Every domestic helper registered in ADDA is issued an ID card with a QR code — generated directly from the ADDA platform. Just tap the card at the access device and the door opens — but only the doors they are authorised for.
Step 1
Domestic helper is added to ADDA by the resident or management. An ID card with QR code is handed to them.
Step 2
Helper taps their ID card at the access device at the tower lobby or designated entry point. The door opens only if they are authorised.
Step 3
The resident gets an instant ADDA app notification when the helper arrives — and again when they leave.
Domestic helpers are authorised only for the tower and floor relevant to their employer's flat. They cannot enter other towers or access community amenities.
Every entry and exit generates an instant notification to the resident — no more wondering if your housekeeper has arrived.
Helper no longer employed? Deactivate their access from ADDA in seconds — their card stops working at every door immediately.
